Cancellation Policy
In the event that your order is cancelled less than 10 days prior to schedule pick up date, then your 50% retainer is not refundable.
Pick up
You will get a 3 hour pick-up window to grab your order. If you're more than 20 minutes late there will be a $10 fee.
Changes
Changes to your order can be accommodated up to 10 days prior to your pick up date. Some changes may incur in additional charges.
COVID 19
In the event that I am unable to fulfill orders due to testing positive for COVID 19, your order will be canceled and refunded.
