Small, unique bakery specializing in artistic sugar cookies
After relocating to the United States from Venezuela in 2016, I was unable to finish my degree in psychology and instead tried my hand at several vocations. When my grandparents came to the United States to visit, one of my favorite things to do was to bake for them. They both have a sweet tooth and devoured all of my baked goods. They pushed me to pursue my learning, and I eventually landed a job at a Sugar Cookie shop.
Sugar cookies, much less decorating them, were a whole new experience for me. These cookies blew my mind. Not only were they tasty and buttery, but they also offered a blank canvas on which to design anything your imagination permits. From cookie houses and structures to elegant and dainty wedding cookies.
Cookies open up a world of possibilities. I started Steph’s Sweet World as a hobby, making cakes and cookies for my close friends and family. I’ve always had a thing for visually appealing food that tastes good.
